To establish an indissoluble bond between the members of the Perregaux Family, to maintain unity and ongoing relationships among them, and to provide for the needs of those who would be forced to resort to its subsidies; the primary purpose of the Perregaux Family Fund is to subsidize the education of the children of family members; exceptionally, in the future, it may also provide assistance to family members who have fallen into need through no fault of their own and whose conduct would not give rise to any criticism.
