The purpose of the company is: a) the acquisition, operation, management and accounting of restaurants, hotels and public institutions; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above purpose, as well as the participation in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders or third parties.
