Stiftung Alpe Hannig Saas-Fee

Operation, maintenance and promotion of the Alpe Hannig alpine farm in Saas-Fee as a traditionally and ecologically sustainably managed alpine agriculture and cheese dairy farm. In particular, the aim is to make the formerly widespread, ecologically adapted and environmentally friendly, sparse high-alpine agriculture tangible for hikers, tourists and holiday guests in Saas Fee and to bring them closer to the high-quality local milk products (fresh milk, cheese, whey, yogurt, etc.) and other natural agricultural products (e.g. eggs from free-range chickens, etc.) gained from it. The foundation does not pursue lucrative purposes.
